Overview
Crux is a leading research & development consultancy in the medical and consumer industries. We blend technology, innovation, and curiosity to uncover user needs and translate them into impactful solutions. Our engineers, designers and usability specialists collaborate to create products and approaches that deliver measurable impact. As part of the development cycle, we run paid user research studies to gather valuable feedback from participants. Insights from these studies help us inform and shape the ongoing future development of the products we work on.
Participation
We are looking for paid participants to take part in a user research study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate multiple injection devices, which may be used to treat a variety of conditions. You will be asked to interact with devices that look like injection devices but contain no needle or drug. The session will be a 60-minute interview, which will require you to simulate the use of an injection device on yourself, before providing any feedback you may have. While you are expected to simulate an injection on yourself, you will not be injecting yourself or anyone else during the study.
