Crux is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's continuous growth plans by recruiting exceptional talent to join our high performing team. With our exciting expansion both in the UK and US, Crux has seen a steady influx of new roles and Talent Acquisition is having a progressively larger impact within the business. We're looking for someone who's able to manage multiple open roles, recruiting for a wide variety of positions utilising multiple sourcing and attraction channels. You will have expertise in direct sourcing including head-hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, attraction advertising, social media recruiting, as well as using job boards and our ATS. As a first point of contact with the company, you will be a positive ambassador for Crux. You'll work closely with hiring managers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring cycle, maintaining Crux's best-in-class candidate experience.
Principal Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, fostering positive relationships with candidates often over a long period of time, until suitable vacancies arise.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role expectations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, promoting fair and unbiased hiring practices.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in Talent Acquisition ideally gained within an in-house TA team.
- Strong relationship building skills and a strategic partnership approach to Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct sourcing experience using LinkedIn social media, job boards, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for recruiting the best, diverse talent for the business.
- Understanding of and interest in EDI within Talent Acquisition.
Desirable
- Recruitment experience in the Engineering sector preferred.
- ATS recruitment software experience (we use Teamtailor).
