Principal Responsibilities

  • Carry out general repair and maintenance tasks, including replacing fixtures, fittings, furniture, and signage.
  • Complete light refurbishment works such as painting, decorating, and general building upkeep.
  • Respond quickly to reported issues and accurately log actions in internal systems.
  • Prepare and manage facilities documentation (Permits to Work, RAMS, contractor logs, etc.).
  • Oversee on-site contractors, ensuring full compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to plan and prioritise daily and weekly tasks.
  • Support office moves, furniture installations, and equipment relocations.

  • Strong problem solving-abilities and a positive, proactive approach to solutions.
