Sales Negotiator
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £25,000 Basic
OTE: £35,000 to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (with a day in lieu)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency in Uxbridge.

Whether you are already working within estate agency or have a strong sales background, this role offers excellent earning potential and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Generating new business opportunities
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Managing applicant databases and following up enquiries
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
• Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Professional and presentable manner
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Package
• Basic salary of £25,000
• Realistic OTE of £35,000 to £40,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Ongoing training and development
• Career progression opportunities
• Every other Saturday working with a day in lieu
