We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and highly respected independent estate agency business in Oxfordshire who are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working within residential property management who is looking to join a professional, supportive and fast paced environment with a strong local reputation and long standing managed portfolio. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service across lettings and property management and is looking for someone who can confidently manage relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while maintaining high standards throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing a residential portfolio of managed properties
  • Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
  • Liaising daily with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections and reporting findings
  • Managing tenancy renewals, amendments and deposit negotiations
  • Coordinating check ins and check outs
  • Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation
  • Arranging safety certificates, inventories and compliance documentation
  • Managing contractor relationships and monitoring works
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout
  • Supporting the wider office with enquiries and general administration where required

Property Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience within residential property management is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Confident managing maintenance issues and tenancy related matters
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • ARLA qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous
  • Professional, well presented and customer focused

Package & Hours:

  • £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • 37.5 hour working week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday early start for team training
  • Saturday rota 9:30am to 12:30pm with time off in lieu
