A well established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Buckinghamshire is looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join their team. Working from a beautifully fitted modern office, this is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to break into the property industry and build a long term career within estate agency.

Full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone with strong customer service skills, confidence and a genuine desire to learn.

The role
Registering buyers and tenants and understanding their requirements
Booking and conducting property viewings
Speaking with clients over the phone and face to face
Supporting the sales and lettings teams with day to day duties
Learning how to negotiate offers and progress sales
Generating new business opportunities and building local relationships
Delivering excellent customer service at all times

About you
Confident, motivated and eager to learn
Strong communication and people skills
Professional and well presented
Target driven with a positive attitude
Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

Working hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 4pm
