Trainee Estate Agent
Rainham, Kent
£15,000 – £20,000 base salary (depending on experience)
OTE £20,000 – £25,000
( All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and referral of listings and lettings business)
Hours:
8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-6:00pm Saturday.
9:00am-4:00pm on Sunday.
Working a five day rota with one day off during the week and one at the weekend.
As a Trainee Negotiator, you will embark on a dynamic career path within our renowned Estate Agency. This entry-level role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals in the property market. Your primary focus will be on assisting in property transactions, negotiations, and client interactions to contribute to the success of our team.
The successful candidate must have a professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach and be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative with a desire to meet and exceed targets.Own car and full clean UK driving licence required. Local knowledge of the required area.

- Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
- Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
- Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
- Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.
