You'll be responsible for managing applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buying and selling journey.

The role
- Register and qualify buyers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Build lasting relationships with vendors and applicants
- Generate new business opportunities
- Progress sales through to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a proactive approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle available for business use
- Well presented with a professional attitude
