Our client is a well-known and reputable Estate Agency with multiple branches. They have a very experienced team who have a wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in the Slough/Langley area.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Conduct property viewings
- Support the sales process from start to completion
- Update the company CRM with new leads
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
- Solicit leads
- Promote newly listed properties and build and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential (min 6 months)
- Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
- Strong negotiator skills
- Tactful and articulate
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Highly motivated and results driven
