The opportunity
We are recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a market leading estate agency business in Staines upon Thames. This is a high performing branch role with strong earning potential and a clear pathway into valuing, for someone who is already confident managing deals, influencing decisions, and driving instructions through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound buyer activity, building a strong applicant pipeline
- Arrange and conduct viewings, giving excellent local market advice and guidance
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome
- Qualify offers thoroughly, including position, finance, chain details, and timescales
- Tie up agreed sales, confirm terms, and ensure all parties are aligned from day one
- Drive sales progression from offer agreed to completion, liaising with solicitors, brokers, and all parties in the chain
- Keep records and the CRM up to date, maintaining clear communication throughout
- Work towards and exceed individual and branch targets, including revenue and fall through reduction
Fast track into valuations
This role includes a structured progression route into conducting valuations. You will be supported to move into more instruction focused activity, developing your valuation skills and earning potential as you progress.
What we are looking for
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency, ideally at senior level
- Strong track record in negotiating and progressing sales through to completion
- Confident communicator with a professional, consultative style
- Highly organised, proactive, and target driven
- Full UK driving licence and own car required, with confidence driving for appointments
