Senior Sales Consultant
Newbury
£24,000 base salary
£40,000 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Saturdays on a rota basis (day off in lieu)

You have:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiatior in Estate Agency
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and your own car
  • A strong work ethic
  • A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life

Responsibilities in this role are:

• Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

• Meeting with clients visiting the office

• Managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries within company standard guidelines

• Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, referring financial & legal services leads

• Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors

• Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation

• Applicant registration follow up

• Booking of valuations and viewings

• Assisting the team with general administration duties where necessary

• Training for carrying out valuations
