The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

Β£25,000 base salary (depending on experience) Β£40,000 OTE Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Our client covers the three counties of Berkshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer, based at our clients office in Didcot, who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career as part of the dynamic team.

Duties:
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings.
  • Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
  • Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
  • Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings.
  • Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice, using effective comparables.
  • Efficient diary planning.
  • Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
  • Problem solving as necessary.
  • Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager.
Required experience:
  • Previous valuation experience within Sales / Lettings Estate Agency.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life.
  • A desire to grow as an individual.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
