Β£25,000 base salary (depending on experience) Β£40,000 OTE Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer, based at our clients office in Didcot, who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career as part of the dynamic team.
Duties:- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings.
- Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
- Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
- Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings.
- Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice, using effective comparables.
- Efficient diary planning.
- Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
- Problem solving as necessary.
- Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager.
- Previous valuation experience within Sales / Lettings Estate Agency.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life.
- A desire to grow as an individual.
- A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
