istant Lettings Manager Chelsmford £21000 base salary (depending on experience) £35000 £40000 OTE Company car or car allowance plus other financial incentives A 5 day week between Mondays to Thursdays 8.30am 6.00pm Friday 8.30am 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am 5.30pm. When Saturdays are worked a day off is taken during the week. We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of our cleints 'flagship' offices as part of a highly successful lettings team. Supporting the current lettings Manager and running this busy department in their absence the successful candidate will need to retain a proactive and professional approach and be capable of managing a team effectively. Within this position you will undertake a leading role deputising for the lettings Manager when they are out of the office and providing pivotal support to the rest of the team on a daily basis. The role would be ideal for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a management role already but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential provide the necessary training and support required or limited opportunity to improve earning potential.
