Senior Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum
On Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays
Requirements: Previous lettings experience, full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Registering new applicants and identifying their property requirements.

Conducting property viewings and securing successful lets.

Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Generating new lettings business and identifying opportunities to win instructions.

Conducting property valuations and assisting with market appraisals.

Matching applicants to suitable properties and proactively following up on enquiries.

Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to agreed tenancy.

Working towards individual and branch targets.

Delivering exceptional customer service and representing the business professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.

Experience within a busy, target-driven estate agency environment.

A proven track record of achieving lettings targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

A confident, professional and proactive approach.

Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process.

Ability to generate new business and build relationships with landlords.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
