We are working with a highly respected and well-known PropTech business within the estate agency sector who are looking to bring on an experienced Business Development Manager on a fractional self-employed basis. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced estate agency or PropTech professional looking for a flexible high earning consultancy style position alongside existing commitments.

The role:

  • Managing and developing relationships across an existing estate agency client database
  • Upselling additional products and services into warm accounts already engaged with the business
  • Building long term commercial relationships with agency owners and decision makers
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption across existing clients
  • Representing a recognised and established brand within the property industry
  • Attending occasional client meetings, industry events and demonstrations where required
  • Working closely with internal teams to maximise account growth and retention
