The role: Our client has built a highly successful in-house CRM system for their own estate agency. It performs exceptionally well and is now being launched as a commercial PropTech product to other estate agencies. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to take this product to market and sell it directly to estate agency businesses across the UK. This is a pure B2B sales role focused on relationship-led selling within the property sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Selling a CRM product to estate agency businesses
- Leveraging an existing network and industry relationships
- Managing the full sales cycle from introduction to close
- Identifying new opportunities within the estate agency and lettings market
- Acting as a trusted consultant rather than a hard seller
Ideal background:
- Current or recent experience in estate agency or PropTech
- Strong B2B sales experience selling into the property sector
- Existing black book of estate agency contacts
