Lettings Negotiator
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £25,000 Basic
OTE: £35,000+ (Uncapped)
Hours: Full Time | Every 3rd Saturday (Day in Lieu During the Week)

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and helping clients find their ideal property.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
• Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and landlord instructions
• Manage applicant enquiries and maintain an active database
• Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Work towards individual and branch performance targets
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent or in Residential Lettings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-driven and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle
Package
• £25,000 basic salary
• £35,000+ realistic OTE with uncapped commission
