We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and helping clients find their ideal property.
The Role
- Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business opportunities and landlord instructions
- Manage applicant enquiries and maintain an active database
- Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Work towards individual and branch performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent or in Residential Lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle
