Ready to Leave Estate Agency... But Not Property?

If you've built

1–3 years' experience as a Lettings or Sales Negotiator and love the industry but are looking for better work-life balance, no weekends and genuine career progression , this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're recruiting for an exciting

Prop Tech business that's transforming the way estate agents grow and develop.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the high street while remaining in the property industry, using your existing knowledge to build relationships, coach clients and help businesses achieve more.

This isn't a hard sales role. It's about becoming a trusted advisor, developing long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to help your clients succeed.

The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of estate agency clients across your region, visiting branches, delivering coaching sessions and building strong commercial relationships.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of estate agency clients.
  • Visiting client offices throughout your region (approximately two days per week).
  • Delivering virtual meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Helping clients maximise the value of the platform and services available to them.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase engagement.
  • Building relationships with Negotiators, Valuers, Branch Managers, Directors and Business Owners.
  • Delivering tailored action plans to help clients achieve better commercial results.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.
  • Attending industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your own diary effectively.

About You

This role is ideal for someone currently working within estate agency who is ready for the next step.

You'll likely have

  • 1–3 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or similar property role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to spot opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and coaching abilities, or the desire to develop them.
  • Great organisation and time management.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your region.

Experience within account management or business development is advantageous but not essential. Your property knowledge, personality and ambition are what matter most.

What's On Offer?

  • £25,000+ basic salary.
  • Realistic OTE of £35,000+.
  • Monday to Friday working – enjoy your weekends back.
  • Field-based role with autonomy and flexibility.
  • Career progression within a fast-growing Prop Tech business.
  • Full training and ongoing professional development.
  • Business mileage expenses.
  • Company equipment provided.
  • The chance to stay within the property industry while moving into a modern, commercial role with genuine long-term opportunities.

If you're ambitious, personable and looking to take your estate agency career in a new direction without leaving the industry behind, we'd love to hear from you.
