We have a fantastic opportunity for a super organised Client Services Manager to join our creative team in Brighton - 2 days in our Brighton based studio in the heart of the North Laine and 3 days WFH. Being a small agency, this role will require a hybrid of skills and will cross over into quite a few areas of our business. Working closely with the managing director, the main focus will be to oversee our client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Part of this will be heading up the new business growth at Crush, which will include new business trips to the US (NYC and LA) where lots of our clients are based, setting up and leading both in person and virtual meetings. The other key part of the role is project managing some of the projects you bring in, taking ownership of key projects and client relationships. That’s what makes this job so exciting - it’s different every day. Experience in heading up marketing and social media is also a bonus.
We are really looking for someone who is a people person, is highly motivated, professional and can demonstrate their passion for the commercial creative industry. You should have a can-do attitude and not be afraid to try something new. You should possess leadership qualities to inspire your colleagues. You should be highly organised on your own or as part of a team. 3+ years of client-facing agency experience, including new business experience.
