Cruse Scotland is seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to lead our national bereavement services across Scotland.
The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will line-manage Area Managers, the Helpline Development Manager and the Client Services Co-ordinator to ensure services are safe, accessible and responsive.
You will shape strategy, oversee safeguarding, clinical governance and service performance, and use data and lived experience to drive continuous improvement.
