Build the enterprise sales motion for one of Europe’s most ambitious AI startups. Crunched is building an AI analyst that works directly inside Excel — helping strategy, finance, advisory and audit teams automate complex analytical workflows where business decisions are actually made. We’re backed by Y Combinator, have raised 55M NOK in seed funding, and are already working with professionals at firms such as PwC, BCG, BDO, CBRE, Dentsu, Pareto, INSEAD and Harvard. We are now hiring senior GTM talent in London to help us win and expand large enterprise accounts. This is not a standard AE role. You’ll join a 12-person company with a 6-person GTM team and take real ownership of complex enterprise deals, customer expansion and the sales playbook as we scale.

Why this is unusually attractive

Crunched is moving into enterprise contracts in the $500k–$4M ARR range. Our largest current deals are around $300k, but the next wave of pilots is expected to move into seven-figure contract potential. Our core ICP includes Big Four and large advisory/audit firms. We already have an MSA with PwC, and each large office represents significant expansion potential. Outbound is working. At peak, BDRs are booking 3–5 meetings per person per day. Sales cycles are typically 4–6 months: demo-led first meeting, security review, then a 2–3 week POC. The opportunity now is to bring in a senior enterprise seller who can run complex deals end-to-end — and help define what enterprise sales at Crunched becomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to close
  • Sell into firms such as PwC, EY, KPMG and other advisory/audit businesses
  • Multi-thread across senior stakeholders, users, security and procurement
  • Help further develop the enterprise sales playbook
  • Work closely with the founders, BDR, CS and product team
  • Turn customer insight into sharper positioning, workflows and expansion strategy
  • Build toward a genuine sales leadership path as the GTM team grows

Who you are

  • Senior enterprise AE with experience selling complex B2B software
  • Strong track record with large enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable selling into professional services, finance, advisory, audit or similar knowledge-work environments
  • Structured, commercially sharp and able to operate with high ownership
  • Excited by AI, Excel-heavy workflows and building from an early stage
  • Based in London, with ability to spend time with enterprise customers

What you get

  • A rare early-stage enterprise sales role with large deal sizes already in motion
  • Direct exposure to founders and strategic customers
  • Real ownership of the sales motion, not just a territory
  • Clear path toward sales leadership as the GTM team scales
  • Competitive salary + equity from day one
  • A product with strong differentiation in a huge, urgent market
