What you’ll do as a BDR:

  • Drive Regional Expansion: Partner closely with Account Executives to build strategic pipeline and expand Crunchtime’s market presence across designated EMEA and GCC territories.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound outreach and follow up on inbound leads through phone, tailored email campaigns, and LinkedIn social selling to secure qualified discovery meetings.
  • Consultative Discovery: Consult with executive restaurant leaders to uncover operational friction points and demonstrate how Crunchtime solutions address their specific business objectives.
  • Leverage Modern Sales Tech: Utilize sales platforms like Gong Engage, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage territory workflows, refine messaging, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally across teams to share best practices and refine regional campaigns to maximize response rates.
  • Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and quarterly goals for opportunity creation within your assigned global regions.

Plus Factor:

  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Background or experience in restaurant operations or commercial software sales.
