Job Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services.
  • Follow up with and manage leads.
  • Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up.
  • Understand reporting and implementation of course correction.
  • Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.
  • Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Certifications: NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer or B.S. in Exercise Science (or similar).
  • 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
  • Preferred: Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures.
  • Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Base salary $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour. (Please note: compensation may vary based on experience and location.)
