Responsibilities:
- Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes and training programs.
- Distribute, supply, and maintain current club schedules at gym locations. Ensure all classes are covered and facilitate substitute procedures. Report class tracking numbers monthly to the manager, franchise owner, and group fitness training manager.
- Submit payroll information to the general manager/franchise owner according to the payroll schedule.
- Update quarterly schedule changes to the group fitness training manager for website updates.
- Implement new programming initiatives.
- Provide seasonal inventory of equipment to franchise owner/manager. Manage quarterly meetings to educate staff on class changes.
- Create and maintain an email list of club-specific instructors for announcements and issues.
- Maintain sign-in sheets, substitute lists, and emergency policies and procedures.
- Educate staff on proper procedures.
- Communicate holiday schedule changes to the group fitness training manager and distribute copies at clubs.
- Supervise promotional activities at the club, including postcards, guest passes, and instructor solicitations.
- Encourage attendance at special events and adhere to all club policies and procedures.
- Follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour
