Following yet another record-breaking year and with exciting future aspirations, we are looking for talented Cruise Admin Experts to support our expansion plans. Hours: Monday – Saturday 9 – 5.30pm. Full-time
Salary: Competitive – based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Booking Confirmations: daily quality checks, process previous days bookings and send confirmation to client.
- Tickets: Ensure all tickets are issued within agreed timescales.
- Costing Queries: take on initial investigation & resolution of all costing queries from finance.
- Mailbox management: prioritising & managing mailbox workflow on a daily basis.
- Diary Management: manage and action daily diary entries, prioritising where necessary.
- Support Customer Service and Sales Team in line with business needs.
- Notifications: handling updates from cruise lines in relation to existing bookings including itinerary changes, embarkation information, erratas.
- Flight Schedule Changes: review and update minor schedule changes.
Skill Requirements:
- Travel admin experience is advantageous.
- Be process driven and able to work under pressure while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good time management skills and prove the ability to multi-task.
- Prove you are a team player yet have the ability to work independently.
- Possess a can-do attitude and have a methodical and positive approach towards all tasks.
