What You’ll Be Doing:
- Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver outstanding service across walk-in, email, and phone enquiries
- Maximise opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend the perfect cruise
