This is a unique opportunity to manage high-energy retail environments onboard international cruise ships, representing globally recognised brands while travelling the world and accelerating your retail career. The Role

As a Retail Manager onboard a cruise ship, you will take ownership of day-to-day retail operations, lead and develop teams, and deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across multiple retail categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop onboard retail teams
  • Drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
  • Support and coach Assistant Managers and Supervisors
