Cruise Retail Academy is recruiting Retail Managers for cruise ships worldwide, with opportunities also open to experienced Assistant Managers and Supervisors ready to progress into leadership roles. This is a unique opportunity to manage high-energy retail environments onboard international cruise ships, representing globally recognised brands while travelling the world and accelerating your retail career.

The Role
As a Retail Manager onboard a cruise ship, you will take ownership of day-to-day retail operations, lead and develop teams, and deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across multiple retail categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop onboard retail teams
- Drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
- Support and coach Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards
- Oversee daily retail operations, stock control, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with onboard procedures and reporting requirements
