The Cruise Retail Academy is hiring Art Consultants to represent exclusive collections onboard luxury cruise ships. If you’re passionate about art, thrive in luxury sales, and love connecting with people, this is your chance to create unforgettable guest experiences while exploring the globe.

Your Role

• Build strong relationships with guests through tailored consultations
• Present and sell fine art, originals, limited editions, and sculptures
• Host engaging art seminars and presentations to large audiences
• Support onboard artist exhibitions and gallery events
• Contribute to gallery merchandising and strategy to drive sales
• Deliver accurate reporting and uphold compliance standards onboard

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in fine art or luxury sales (gallery, jewelry, or similar)
• Confidence in sales, closing, and public speaking
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Passion for art history, artists, and the global art market
• Resilience, creativity, and drive to exceed targets
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for 5–7 month contracts
