Cruise Loch Ness is recruiting Guiding Crew Members to join its team based in Fort Augustus. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, sharing local knowledge, and being part of a professional tourism operation on Loch Ness.
The role:
- You will welcome guests onboard and help create a friendly and organised experience.
- You will deliver spoken commentary to passengers during cruises.
- You will assist with boarding and disembarking safely.
- You will help keep the vessel clean and presentable throughout the day.
- You will support onboard retail and sales activity when required.
- You will work as part of a crew with shared responsibility for safety and customer care.
Working pattern:
- Both full time and part time roles are available.
- Positions are offered on a seasonal or 12 month basis.
- There is potential for a permanent role following a successful probation period.
What we are looking for:
- You should be friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking to groups of people.
