The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance across the plant and facilities.
- Maintain a wide range of mechanical equipment, including Manual Lathes, Millers, Planers, and Bar Peelers.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving to drive long‑term reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Minimum ONC or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record in maintaining machine tools (Manual or CNC).
- Experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal, presswork, or CNC manufacturing) is highly preferred.
