Cruise Club UK wishes to expand the sales family and the role of Cruise/Holiday Sales Consultant has become available for an ambitious sales specialist who are highly motivated in delivering excellent customer service, building rapport and delivering sales.
As the company is rapidly expanding, we are looking for outstanding sales individuals to come and work with us.
This is an amazing opportunity which offers:
- A competitive basic salary of £24k plus a guaranteed £6k bonus
- Our best sales agents annually earn £35,000 to £70,000 including bonusses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking enquires over the phone and via email for a variety of cruise itineraries.
- Offering a friendly informative service.
- Closing the sale to confirm the customers cruise itinerary with accuracy.
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn additional commission & bonuses.
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities.
- Administration duties to complete customer transactions.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have strong Cruise Sales experience and be extremely customer focused to offer exceptional service preferably gained within the Travel Industry.
- A keen interest and enthusiasm for Travel, Cruise Sales providing a quality service to our customers.
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers
- Motivated and have the ability to achieve/exceed personal & business sales targets
- Able to work as part of a team and with other teams as well as unsupervised
- Able to perform under pressure in a busy environment
- A responsible attitude including use of own initiative and adaptability.
