Cruise Academy is seeking an experienced L&D professional to own and deliver onboard learning programs, including planning, facilitation, records and evaluation across the fleet.

You will monitor spoken English levels, support leadership development, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, manage the Learning Resource Center, and participate in special projects.

Six months on-board, then two months’ vacation, with single cabin and private bathroom during training.
