Cruise Academy seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead hotel operations onboard for a world-class cruise line.

You’ll guide Guest Services, F&B, Entertainment, Retail, and Housekeeping to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service excellence across departments.

You will report to the Hotel Operations Director shoreside and the Master onboard, driving performance through data analysis, strong leadership, and a passion for guest care.
