Cruise Academy seeks an experienced 1st Purser/Rooms (Guest Services Director) to lead guest services, housekeeping and laundry aboard a world-class cruise ship.

This senior leader drives service excellence and guest satisfaction across departments.

You will manage a multinational team, monitor KPIs, coordinate with port authorities, and push digital innovations such as Medallion Class.

Rotation 4:2 onboard with single officer accommodation.
