Working in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Sales Support Executive will play a key role in coordinating the company’s business development operations and managing critical workflow databases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Management—to expedite order delivery, manage documentation, and uphold exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively support the Business Development team by efficiently processing sales and purchase orders to meet corporate revenue goals.
- Monitor incoming and existing orders, providing progress updates to internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Maintain, update, and manage the sales and purchase order database to ensure system accuracy.
- Prepare pre-sales documentation and coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams.
- Communicate priority deadlines and operational metrics from Procurement and Sales to upper management.
- Act as a dependable secondary point of contact for external clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Support, Order Management, or similar operational role.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
