- Financial Ownership: Take full delivery and ownership of period-end results, presenting detailed summaries and informative KPIs to the Management Team.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead a "bottom-up" budgeting process for the division, ensuring clear lines of responsibility and timely delivery.
- Analysis & Modeling: Produce complex financial models and insightful analysis to aid commercial decision-making and support business proposals.
- Process Evolution: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance commercial performance reporting and operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Professional: You must hold a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, or equivalent) with an excellent academic record.
- Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role, specifically within a commercial finance or business partnering capacity.
- Communication & Gravitas: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders, demonstrating maturity and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, with a "right first time" mentality.
