Crudo Restaurant & Tiny Wine Bar is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Rocola Studio in London.

You will guide day-to-day operations, support guest chef residencies and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and Group Head Chef to uphold high standards.

You will foster a positive kitchen culture, manage stock, food safety and supplier relations, and adapt to evolving menus and collaborations across a rotating programme of guest chefs.
