About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cruden Homes as a supporting Sales Advisor. The role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, all whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people's lives. You will be part of a small but dynamic sales team across the Central Belt of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
- Provide administrative support.
- Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation of developments.
- Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
Desired Attributes
- No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence.
- Positive and self-motivated.
- Resilient and organised.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Confident in use of Microsoft packages.
