About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cruden Homes as a supporting Sales Advisor. The role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, all whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people's lives. You will be part of a small but dynamic sales team across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation of developments.
  • Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.

Desired Attributes

  • No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding people skills and confidence.
  • Positive and self-motivated.
  • Resilient and organised.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Confident in use of Microsoft packages.
