We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Engineer to join our team, supporting the technical delivery of residential developments from initial design through to construction and completion.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across roads, drainage, infrastructure, utilities, technical approvals and site activities, while working alongside experienced engineers, consultants and internal project teams.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Degree, HND or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A good understanding of civil engineering and construction principles.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- AutoCAD knowledge would be beneficial.
- Housebuilding or consultancy experience would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
