Crucible is a digital agency based in London, focused on the property and construction sector. We deliver WordPress builds, ongoing website support, and performance marketing.
We're looking for an Account Manager to own relationships across the business. You'll be the glue between clients and our delivery team, keeping projects moving, clients engaged, and the work exciting.
Day to Day
Your time will be split between client calls, responding to emails, and managing an active backlog of support and improvement work. You'll proactively identify opportunities to improve clients' websites, pitch those ideas back to clients, and brief them through to our development team for delivery. Some content changes you'll handle directly yourself, no dev knowledge needed. On larger projects, you'll be involved from design through to QA, keeping the client informed and enthusiastic throughout. The goal is simple: make working with Crucible an enjoyable experience.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong communicator, clients should enjoy hearing from you
- Real interest in digital: websites, SEO, design, how things work online.
- Agency experience preferred but not essential
- Organised and proactive, comfortable owning a portfolio independently
- No coding required, but you should care about how websites are built and why
