We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value BMS, Security, ICT Infrastructure and Smart Building projects on a major new-build programme.
This is a senior leadership role offering real influence over project delivery, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement.
As the key interface between clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will drive projects from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, profitable and on schedule.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme performance, oversee budgets and change control, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale projects in BMS, Smart Buildings, Electronic Security, ICT Infrastructure, MEP, Data Centres or Critical Environments, combined with strong commercial awareness and exceptional leadership skills.
This long-term contract offers a high-profile project, significant autonomy, immediate impact and the opportunity to shape the success of a landmark London development.
