Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the BMS design across major commercial developments
  • Deliver point schedules, equipment specifications, network layouts, and description of operations
  • Manage equipment procurement in line with design requirements
  • Align design output with project timelines through close collaboration with the project team
  • Accurately interpret MEP drawings, electrical schematics and control diagrams
  • Uphold design excellence under pressure and within tight timeframes
  • Maintain clear documentation, trackers and design logs
  • Provide technical support with a professional, client-focused approach

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid experience as a BMS Design Engineer
  • Familiarity with Trend or Schneider StruxureWare (training can be provided for Siemens, Tridium, or Distech users)
  • Understanding of electrical, air and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in metering and third-party system integration (desirable)
  • Proficiency with electrical/control schematics and system diagrams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Flexibility to attend Central London sites when needed
