As a Project Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind BMS projects in the North-West region, securing new opportunities, managing upgrades, and ensuring all projects meet margin and profitability expectations. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants, providing technical guidance and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact on energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Target consultants, M&E contractors, and end users to secure BMS projects and upgrades.
- Promote and sell integrated BMS solutions, showcasing technical capabilities and value propositions.
- Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and estimates from site surveys.
- Provide timely sales updates, forecasts, and progress reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximise project wins and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the BMS industry with strong product knowledge.
- Proven expertise in bid management, estimating, and project sales.
- In-depth understanding of BMS integration, control systems, and energy legislation.
- Strong commercial awareness, organisation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Existing regional relationships with contractors, end users, or consultants desirable.
