Are you an experienced BMS Design Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality Building & Energy Management Systems (BEMS)? In this role, you will lead the design and development of BMS solutions for large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with contract specifications and industry standards.
You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and key stakeholders to produce precise engineering documentation, oversee CAD designs, and manage design variations and risks. A strong understanding of BMS technologies (Trend, Distech, Tridium, Delta), mechanical & electrical building services, and IT networks is essential.
Primarily based in Coulsdon, with occasional travel to London, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to cutting-edge smart building solutions.
