This could be your next step if you are a BMS Service Engineer who has become the person trusted with small works, extra works, remedial or upgrade projects, or a Project Engineer or Project Manager who wants to lead a dedicated small works function.
You will have ownership of T Instead, you will take control of the full delivery process, from labour planning and logistics through to customer communication, invoicing and final handover.
You will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems and set a consistent standard for the work delivered.
