About the role:

As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will oversee new BMS and ICT projects during the early stages, ensuring a consistent, efficient approach to pre-construction planning. Acting as the key point of contact post-sales, you will drive early design and engineering, manage procurement reviews, negotiate supplier discounts, and issue project programmes aligned with contract timelines. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to set projects up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-construction phases of BMS & ICT projects
  • Oversee order acknowledgements and support project handovers
  • Act as customer contact post-sales handover
  • Conduct procurement reviews and negotiate supplier discounts
  • Produce and issue project programmes and schedules
  • Drive early design, engineering, and project deliverables
  • Provide commercial and contractual input to ensure project efficiency

  • Proven track record managing major projects
