Are you an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) Support Engineer looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people, technology, and long-term future? This organisation is one of the largest independent BMS integrators in the country, employing over 200 specialists and delivering projects across commercial offices, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure. With a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and employee wellbeing, the business continues to grow following recent project wins and investment in low-carbon, energy-efficient technologies. The role covers sites across the North West, working within a collaborative regional support team.
The Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting BMS installations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and diagnostics of BMS systems
- Fault finding, small repairs, and remedial works
- Responding to reactive service and breakdown calls
- Routine system inspections and performance checks
- Accurate documentation of service activities and client interactions
- Participation in an on-call rota
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within the building controls/BMS industry
- Strong knowledge of Trend and/or IQ Vision
- Experience with any of the following systems would also be advantageous; Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, otherwise training will be provided.
- Good understanding of mechanical plant
- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
