In this role, you’ll act as the client’s eyes and ears, managing specialist systems integrators and general contractors to ensure every element is delivered to the highest standards. Working largely from the UK with occasional site visits to Switzerland (expenses paid), you’ll manage performance, timelines, and quality to ensure project success. Your Day-to-Day * Taking ownership of the BMS project lifecycle, managing timelines, risks, and delivery milestones. * Ensuring smooth coordination between general contractors and specialist systems integrators. * Conducting site visits to Switzerland to oversee and troubleshoot on-the-ground delivery. * Delivering regular updates to the client and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and accountability. * Overseeing the integration of BMS systems and energy management with a focus on high performance and reliability. What We’re Looking For * Expertise in BMS controls, particularly in data centre environments or other high-tech, mission-critical projects. * A proven track record in managing complex projects from a client-side perspective. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
