Are you passionate about shaping the future of Building Management Systems? We’re seeking a technically sharp and forward-thinking Applications Engineer to join a growing team committed to standardizing and enhancing the delivery of BMS projects across the region.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in setting the gold standard for system design, integration, software, and graphics delivery. You’ll also support delivery teams both remotely and on-site, while playing a key part in R&D, onboarding new solutions, and mentoring engineers across the business.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Deliver application works to high standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop standardised services including software, graphics, and head ends.
  • Engineer software solutions from design documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support project and commissioning engineers with technical expertise.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Drive innovation through R&D projects and participate in the Innovations Forum.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to personal development plans.
  • Champion high standards in process, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Applications Engineer role.
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC control principles and software logic.
  • Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, LAN/IP structuring.
  • Proficient in at least two BMS systems: Tridium, Trend, Distech, or ALC.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies.
  • Broader knowledge of BMS systems such as Siemens, Honeywell, Cylon, or Schneider.
  • Background in electrical, HVAC, or control panel engineering.
